With an experience of over 18 years in Global Management, Mr. Shahzad Akhtar was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of BlackBoard Technologies PVT. LTD is responsible for the delivery of BBT'S services while driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and building upon BBT’s strong foundation for achieving accelerated growth.
He is a cross-industry consultant who led different Sales and Head of Operation roles quite successfully. During his career, he has delivered outstanding turnaround results, business advocacy, and high-impact crisis & reputation management. He is passionate about talent growth and leadership development and mentors several experienced and young leaders.
My objective is to continuously improve the customer's experience by leveraging technology in consumer businesses to help them achieve maximum success.
